• Pre-alert information and full sets of documents (usually copies) are available to your broker prior to cargo arrival.
  
  
• Original documentation is delivered to the broker upon arrival, thus saving time for your broker.
  
  
• Utilizing all-cargo, chartered aircraft with guaranteed space allows us to provide lift capacity from Hong Kong whenever needed.
  
  
• We have our associated air freight offices in key US gateways (LAX, ATL, SFO, MIA), our own Air Freight Offices(JFK and ORD) as well as a full complement of agents throughout North America to service our clients. Our New York office is open from 6:30 am until 8:00 pm and someone is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year should an emergency arise.
